Tracy Smith is the owner of Tracy Smith Consulting Services, LLC. She started the consulting firm after 10 years working in a virtual office environment (out of her home) for a fortune 100 company. Her experience in the corporate world was invaluable in teaching her how to be self-motivated and self-directed while at the same time providing support that made her clients incredibly successful.
In 2010 it came time for a career change and she discovered the Virtual Office Assistant industry. The professionals she encountered were former corporate employees who are committed to the highest level of service and quality. Her outstanding skills in document and presentation creation, listening, communication, understanding challenges and providing solutions made the Virtual Office Assistant industry the right fit.
She is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of North Texas and has had a variety of positions including Global Account Manager, Sales Coordinator, Business Analyst and Office Administrator throughout her career. She is a member of the International Virtual Assistants Association and the Virtual Assistants of Dallas-Ft. Worth.
Tracy grew up on the West Coast and moved to Texas in 1992 where she met and married her husband. They have two wonderful children and reside in Corinth, Texas.
